Coffee, tea, soda, bottled water, popcorn and gourmet breakfast available for daily stays in all but Virginia's House. In-room massages, gourmet candies and fresh flowers are available for an additional fee. Smoking is restricted to the front porch and patio areas. Anne's Room
The original master bedroom suite is decorated, as if Anne, the original owner just left. Victorian ladies clothes and accessories decorate the room. Relax by the fireplace on a snowy night or soak in a bubblebath in the slipper tub with handheld shower in this romantic, feminine room. Luxurious bath products included.

The Governor's Suite
A two-room suite. The turret provides a perfect place for a sitting area and fireplace. The adjacent sleeping area is spacious making this the perfect room for those traveling with pets or children. Decorated with hunting and fishing collectibles.

Nanny's Attic
The warm wood of the walls and ceiling will warm your soul in any season. The fireplace, sitting area, and oversized shower with massage jets are certain to relax you. Decorated with an attic theme of vintage toys, though not really the attic. Very private and quiet.

Maximum Occupancy: 2.
The Maid's Quarters
A spacious apartment with large bedroom, bath with laundry, full kitchen and dining/living room with windows on three sides overlooking the perrenial gardens. Queen futon is great for kids or to share the cost with another couple. There is also room for a child with a sleeping bag or a portable crib (you provide).

Virginia's House
A three bedroom home located on an adjoining property. Spacious dining and living rooms, full kitchen and laundry. Furnished and decorated with everything you need except toothbrush and clothing. Ideal home away from home for an extended stay. Pets and children welcome. Perfect accommodations for a reunion with family and friends. In addition, there is also room for a child with a sleeping bag or a portable crib (you provide).

Call for extended stay rates
A Full Breakfast is served each morning. Hot and cold beverages are complimentary throughout your stay.
Pets and children are accepted in select rooms with prior arrangements. A fee of $25 is charged for pets and $25/night/person for additional guests. Smoking is restricted to the porch and the patio areas.
*Breakfast and beverage service are not available in Virginia House.
Rates may be higher for special event dates including but not limited to Penn State football and graduation. Special rates may be available for extended stays of seven days or more.
Call for weekly or monthly rates for extended stay accommodations including The Maid's Quarters or Virginia's House.
A two night minimum stay may be required on special event week-ends.
Payment: Your room will be held for you by using Mastercard, Visa, Discovery or American Express. At check-out you may use any of these credit cards or pay by cash, check or money order.
Extended Stay Deposit Policy: (Stay in Virginia’s House and Maids Quarters of 7 days or longer) A deposit of half the base rent is due at the time of booking with a Discover, Master or Visa card. The balance is due prior to arrival. If this balance is not paid by that date, it will be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received at least two weeks prior to the reservation date have no penalty. Cancellations with less than two weeks notice will require a 50% payment IF the room is not rebooked. Cancellations with less than forty-eight hours notice will be charged in full.
For special event weekends, including but not limited to Penn State Football, Spring Graduation, and Memorial Day weekend; the cancellation fee is $100. If cancellation is received 30 days before the arrival date, no additional charge is made. With less than 30 days notice, the cancellation fee is increased to one night’s stay. With less than 14 days notice, full payment for your reservation will be charged to your credit card.
